On Monday 1st April 2019, at the meeting of Beacon Lodge No 6202 in Penrith, W. Bro. Graeme Oswald Hector was presented with a certificate to commemorate 60 years of service to Freemasonry. Graeme was born in 1933 and joined Denedin Caritas Lodge No. 1316 in the Scottish constitution in 1959. In later years, having moved to the Penrith area, he became a joining member of Beacon Lodge. The certificate was presented in his familiar relaxed and sincere manner by the Deputy Provincial Grand Master, W. Bro. W. H. Morley B.E.M. PSGD. W. Bro. Hector has served Beacon Lodge superbly over many years, and in several offices. The meeting was attended by many visitors, with a memorable and very enjoyable evening being experienced by all.
