This evening the Worshipful Master accompanied by some of the officers and brethren presented Whitehaven Amateur Boxing Club with a cheque for £1200 which was raised by all the Freemasons who attended his installation. The club is a pillar to the community, providing kids and young adults with the tools that will set them up for life and show them what dedication can bring them. It is a charity close to the WM’s heart as our new Fellowcraft Callum Basso was a member and champion from this club.
Another amazing example of Freemasons giving back to their community.
