Last night, W. Bro. Spencer Doran of Eden Lodge No. 2285 proudly presented a cheque for £500 to the Workington RNLI.
The funds were raised during a Lodge quiz night, where members and guests contributed generously in support of this vital lifesaving service.
After the presentation, W. Bro. Doran was welcomed with a tour of the lifeboat station before donning the gear and joining the crew on a training exercise at sea, gaining a first hand insight into the dedication, teamwork, and skill required of these remarkable volunteers.
