BEEFY409 & THE UNKNOWN SOLDIER MOUNT FUJI CHALLENGE 2026 – £31.7k raised so far

£31.7k raised so far.

“Having made it to the summit we then had to get back down again. And with the weather worsening due to the typhoon we had limited time. The authorities closed the mountain for anyone ascending due to the severe weather and trail conditions.

I can only describe it as Armageddon. We also had to deal with injuries on the mountain. I am being totally truthful when I say it was horrendous and very scary. Believe me when I say Mount Fuji takes no prisoners. This has been brutal beyond words.

In addition Team Endeavour worked collectively as a group dealing with and helping at least 4 tourists outside our group that were climbing Mount Fuji and were suffering from Hypothermia and other serious medical issues. We provided medical assistance and looked after them until the ambulance arrived. This was all while Armageddon conditions rained down around us and darkness set in.

We all finally returned safely off the mountain having spent over 24 hours awake and got transport back to our accommodation. All extremely wet and fatigued and broken from the ordeal but finally resting and starting to recover.

Mount Fuji and Typhoon 24 threw everything at us but we never gave in. We worked together as a team to the end and accomplished our mission.

We are beyond proud of what we have done!

Please help us to raise as much money as we can by sharing our story. We really want to make a difference to as many people’s lives as possible.”
