Belted Will Lodge No. 3189 recently sponsored the Carlisle utd v Bury game at Brunton Park. It was a great day enjoyed by members of the Lodge and a great opportunity to showcase freemasonry. The Worshipful Master Neil Dixon, and one of their youngest members (Chris Dutton) got a photo on the pitch and was a great opportunity to break the stereotype that people have on freemasons and show that we do move with the times. Chris is only 18 and did a lot to portray the modern image of Freemasonry.
The Lodge was presented with a signed shirt and got some great advertising both at the football ground and via social media. Belted Will are also sponsoring Lanercost Cricket Club and supporting the Pirelli Rally this weekend in Brampton, there will be more photos to follow.
