The Brigantes Lodge Beacon of Light took place on Remembrance Sunday hosted by Ross and Valerie Procter at Bay Horse.
The event followed the recommended procedures of H.M.The Queen’s Pageant Master.
W.Bro.Iain Simpson played the Last Post at 6-55pm.
The Beacon was lit at 7pm by W.Bro. Lt. Col. Alan Whittle TD [ retd.]
Church Bells were rung at 7-05pm
Over 30 members and family enjoyed suitable refreshments to the sounds of music from the Great War era.
