This week we presented Rainbows without rain and the Children’s Ward with the cheques generated our last meeting and the kind donations from Brother Kyle.
Dave Rudd our WM and I met David Fullelove, a Trustee of Rainbows without rain, who outlined the work of the charity. He was very pleased to receive our cheque for £350.00 towards their good work.
Dave and I then met Kyle at the Children’s Ward of WCH. Joanne the senior sister was very pleased to accept the cheque for £500 on behalf of the ward. This was kindly donated by Bro. Kyle. Joanne recognised Kyle as he had previously donated monies to the ward. She assured us that the donation would go directly into the Children and Young Peoples Fund.
