The main index is now linked across all the pages and bookmarks included to ease browsing through the book.
Shortly the update forms will be added so the information can be brought up to date, watch this space. Once updated the dedicated App will be released so it can easily be viewed offline, but for now you can still download it as a pdf file or as to view via the Adobe App ( link included on page )
