We have added some more features to the members only website today.
There is now a Google Calendar of meetings and events on the home page towards the bottom of the page. This calendar does not replace the main one which is in the new 2024 / 2025 Calendar and Directory (Blue Book) but aims to give a quick view of what is on in the Province. Members, once logged into the website can add events to the calendar. This is currently in the building stages, and so only shows this months meetings at the moment, but it will build over time, as you can imagine there are a lot of events and meetings to add to it and so you can also help by adding your own. The New Blue Book contains all the relevant info regarding locations, contact details etc and the Google one is really just a quick view but it should help identify any meetings you might want to attend before checking out the full information in the Blue Book Directory.
The New Online Blue Book is continuing to grow, and the forms are now in place for members to update the information within it, it would be a big help if you can use the amendment form to let us know of any changes that are needed, please ONLY use the form for this. We receive a large amount of emails and the forms will direct all requests to the right place for us to know they relate to the directory, please do not email the Provincial Secretary with requests for directory changes, it will be much quicker to use the forms and will save him from having to forward emails on to me !
Please keep checking the website as the directory and the info in it are changing on a daily basis.
