Following a recent request from Brian Cook to assist local communities in making masonic buildings and parking areas available to the NHS and their key workers.
Copeland Council were contacted to offer the Cleator Moor Civic Hall and Masonic Centre for use during these testing times.
This is in addition to the Nation Blood Service, who use the building for blood donation sessions.
Another example of putting the building to good use is for the coordination of food to the local food bank and to vulnerable people who are self isolating or at increased risk.
Pictured below is some of the food donations awaiting distribution.
