On Sunday 26th July, the Provincial Grand Master, Nick Wilson, and other members of the Province were joined by their families for the annual sponsored walk across Morecambe Bay (under the guidance of the King’s Guide – Michael Wilson [no relation!]). The walk was very efficiently organised by Peter and Debi Caunce, to whom we offer our grateful thanks! The 26 walkers from the province joined many more commencing in Arnside at about 4:20pm. At various points the walkers were encouraged on very effectively by Shaun Gregg (a member of the Lodge of Uniformed Services) and his bagpipes. The walk was successfully completed by about 7:30pm with many being tired and suffering from sore feet by that stage! Each adult walker was asked to raise a minimum of £25 with the funds raised being put towards the 2027 Festival
