The Deputy Provincial Grand Master Keith Beaumont presented the certificate with one of our Assistant Provincial Grand Masters Nigel Thomason and Area Lead WB Stuart Wilkinson also on attendance.
A fantastic night was had by all which also saw The Deputy Provincial Grand Master promote WB Scott to the high rank of PPSGW, which was truly deserved.
