On Thursday we were honoured in presenting The Freedom Project / West Cumbria Domestic Violence Support with £4,000 which included match funding from the Masonic Charitable Foundation.
This amazing charity works with adult victims/children/young people/perpetrators to break the cycle of abuse for current and future generations.
They do this by: Improving safety and security for victims and their children, Empowering survivors with resilience and skills to avoid future abuse, Supporting children and young people to cope and respond positively and helping perpetrators change and stop abusive behaviours.
