A group of Lewis Brethren were welcomed to Time To Change West Cumbria in Whitehaven and presented them with a donation of £200.
They are a group of people who live in West Cumbria who wanted to tackle homelessness and poverty.
They provide a service where people who find themselves in difficult circumstances can be given what they need to be able to move on to a brighter future.
The brethren received a very friendly welcome and listened to a very informative talk on energy awareness and minimising costs around the home.
