TLC meeting at Penrith.

Earlier this month, a meeting was held to discuss how funds are raised and distributed for the Teddies for Loving Care charity within the province. Helen Bainbridge from UGLE travelled up to Penrith and gave help and guidance to our teams in providing supplies of teddies to our hospitals within Cumberland and Westmorland. The Deputy Provincial Grand Master said it was a productive and well supported meeting.
